Chris is a recognized leader in New York City’s construction and architecture industries. He has more than 30 years of diverse experience in both fields. Chris has been responsible for many significant projects in the City and throughout the world, including a unique blend of design and construction experience with urban planning, large-scale development projects, multi-scaled buildings and interior project. As a registered architect, he has practiced internationally for more than two decades.
Prior to founding Cirgenski+Capalino, he served as co-founding partner of Fountainhead Commercial Construction, and was a Principal at Lehr Construction Corporation, where he helped increase its revenues from $275 million to $400 million in six years. He was a co-founding Partner of Space Architecture, President of WPG Design Group, and served as Senior Project Manager for Rafael Viñoly Architects and as Senior Project Architect for Parsons International/MMM Group.
Chris received a Master in Architecture Degree from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Fine Arts from Dartmouth College.
